Delegates and Alternate Delegates serve a minimum one year term on Panhellenic Council and are selected by their respective member fraternities. Alumnae Presidents are invited to participate as a part of the member organization delegation in all activities.
An individual alumnae member may request to represent her organization when there is no established alumnae group in the Phoenix metropolitan area with representation on Phoenix Panhellenic Association.
Phoenix Panhellenic hosts several All-Panhellenic events each year designed for participation by the entire alumnae Panhellenic community.
The Phoenix Panhellenic Association Executive Board follows the rotation order prescribed by the National Panhellenic Conference for the four executive offices of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
Member organizations, not currently seated on Panhellenic Council, are notified in advance of their upcoming turn on rotation and presented the opportunity to become active member organization in the Phoenix Panhellenic Association.
